GIANLUCA BASSO, Born in Milano (Italy) in 1961, started to work very soon in the marketing sector collaborating with different companies for preparing advertising and promotional materials. Various experiences with some friend photographers working mainly for fashion, and a father painter, convinced

to leave the jazz piano studies for concentrating more in the photography. After several years spent working in the marketing and communication field, the interest for the Image and its value as a communication tool

started to grow until came the decision to start a collaboration with some International stock agencies. Recenlty started an important collaboration with the F.A.I. (Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano) for realizing new images of its historical properties.
